With the start of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek upon us, we've teamed up with our friends @GoJauntly to promote getting outside for a good walk! Here's how you can get involved:

‌Snap a photo out on your walk this month - it could be you, your walking pals, your boots, the landscape, the wildlife, or even a pint at your favourite pub stop! Share your photo on your Instagram feed using hashtag #TOG24GO

We will choose our favourite entry to win a £250 spend at TOG24 plus one year's free upgrade to premium membership over on the Go Jauntly walking app.
